General purpose binder phase, can be applied in wear-resistant parts, forming molds, stone processing, structural parts, etc. Due to it¡¯s higher hardness at high temperature and bending strength at room temperature comparing with Co hard alloy, it is also applicable to the inserts (K, P, M) as well as rotary tool materials. |
A8500 |
General purpose binder phase, has similar properties to cobalt binder, with relatively higher hardness at high temperature and higher fracture toughness. At room temperature this binder phase usually stays with stable austenite phase. |
